Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Eligible Products

  • Full Body Massage Chairs
  • Neck and Shoulder Massage Belts

Products that are used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a return.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please reach out to our customer service team at admin@hokavi.xyz to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Pack the Product: Please securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Gift cards or other non-physical items.

Damaged or Defective Items
